Overview
Following a viral video recorded by employees during flooding at one of Danone Aqua’s production sites, public concerns emerged regarding product hygiene. Markathing designed an internal crisis communication campaign centered on the simple tagline “Saring Sebelum Sharing (3S).” Through posters, videos, and an easy-to-remember jingle, the campaign educated frontline employees on responsible social media behavior. The initiative strengthened digital awareness and helped foster a more thoughtful, informed internal communication culture.
