Overview

PT Pertamina Gas sought to reposition itself in the digital space, shifting public perception from a misunderstood association with subsidized LPG toward its actual role as a B2B gas pipeline distribution company, while increasing relevance amid digital disruption. Markathing led the social media handling by developing a structured content and messaging strategy, combining educational narratives, executive messaging from the Board of Directors, and targeted engagement activities to build both clarity and connection with audiences. The result was a significant transformation from around 1,000 followers to over 100,000, establishing the account as one of the most engaged within the Pertamina group and earning recognition through Makaravox Awards 2025 and PR Indonesia Awards 2025 for outstanding social media performance.
