Overview

PLN Nusantara Power Service, through PJB Services, partnered with Markathing to launch Power Xcellence, a new service brand requiring a dedicated digital presence. Markathing developed the brand mascot, established and managed the social media accounts, and delivered monthly content strategies to build awareness and engagement. The growing online presence not only strengthened the brand identity but also generated qualified sales leads through organic social media activities.
