Overview

The University of Melbourne invited selected agency to collaborate in its milestone Applied Syndicate Project. Through this initiative, Markathing partnered with a team of high-performing students to conduct a marketing and communications research on AI adoption in the public sector. Comparing Indonesia, China, and Australia, the research uncovered key opportunities, challenges, and policy approaches across three distinct government systems. The final paper delivered valuable cross-country insights and explored an area with limited comparative research, making it a significant contribution to the field.
