Creative Workshop Design Thinking
Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education
INFO
Overview
More than 150 communication and PR staff across Indonesia at the Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education required a mindset shift to become more creative and effective in problem solving, particularly in navigating complex public communication challenges. Markathing led the capability development through a structured Design Thinking workshop based on Stanford’s globally recognized framework, designed to activate creative confidence and move participants from passive thinking into active problem solving. The session translated theory into practice, with participants developing and presenting tangible prototypes addressing real communication issues, demonstrating a measurable shift from conventional approaches to more user centered and solution oriented thinking.
