PT IAS Support Indonesia engaged Markathing to strengthen its team’s innovation capability through an in-house Design Thinking program. Markathing designed and delivered an interactive workshop that guided participants through human-centered problem solving, ideation, prototyping, and validation. By combining practical frameworks with real business challenges, the training equipped employees with a structured approach to developing more creative and customer-focused solutions.
